Pay $499 once and the site is yours, live on your own domain. Hosting & care is $79/month — that covers your domain, hosting, SSL, and small content changes.

- One point of contact. You email Tim, Tim fixes it.
Prefer to host it somewhere else yourself? A files-only option is available for $999 — just mention it in the form and we'll talk it through. We're happy either way.
Honest answers to fair questions
- Who owns the site?
- You do, once it's paid for. Until then it's a preview we built on spec — that's the whole deal. After the $499, the site and its content are yours.
- What if I don't like it?
- Then you owe nothing and the preview comes down. No hard feelings, no follow-up campaign, no fine print. We only get paid when you actually want what we made.
- How long does it take?
- Typically a few days from your request to a preview link in your inbox. If it's going to take longer, we'll tell you.
- Can I use my own photos?
- Yes — and we'd encourage it. Real photos of your work and your people almost always beat stock images. Once we get started, you can send them over and we'll work them in.
- Will this get me to the top of Google?
- We won't promise that — nobody honestly can. What we will do is build a clean, fast site with your real business information laid out properly, which is the foundation everything else depends on.
- Am I locked into anything?
- No. The preview is free with no obligation. If you go live and later want to leave, your site is yours — we'll help you take it with you.
